You have a 14-day window from the delivery date to request a return. Returns are strictly limited to the following scenarios:

  • Incorrect Orders: If the item received does not match the product or size specified in your order confirmation.

Note: We do not accept returns based on "change of mind," incorrect size selection by the customer, or personal preference once the order has been dispatched.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original box and state.
